• In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation.

Orders & Payments

Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an Order Confirmation Email from us with a unique order ID.

• We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed in violation of these Terms.
• Orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

• Razorpay — Credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and EMI options.
• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available at eligible pincodes at no extra charge.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-dispatch options.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India only. Delivery timelines, charges, and carrier information are governed by our dedicated Shipping Policy. Key points include:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹599. A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹599.
• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery: Metro cities 3–5 days, Tier 2/3 cities 4–7 days, Remote areas 6–10 days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or location constraints.
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. A summary of key points:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, uncut, unmodified, and in original packaging.
• Free replacement or full refund is offered for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
• Returns due to change of mind, size confusion, or ordering mistakes are accepted but return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Trimmed, used, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
