Thank you for shopping at Easi Steps (www.easistep.com). We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and at the best value possible.
This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. We currently ship across India only through a trusted network of logistics partners.
Our promise: Every order is processed with care and dispatched within 24–48 business hours. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Charges
We keep shipping simple and affordable. Here’s how our shipping rates work:

Shipping charges are calculated based on your final cart value after discounts are applied. Add items worth ₹599 or more to your cart to unlock free delivery!
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, here is what happens next:
Order Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email with your order ID and summary immediately after placing your order.
Order Processed (24–48 Business Hours)
Our team verifies and processes your order within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Order Dispatched
Your order is handed to our courier partner and a shipment tracking ID is generated. You will receive the tracking details via email or SMS.
Out for Delivery
The courier partner delivers the parcel to your address. Estimated delivery timeframes depend on your location (see Section 4).
Delivered 🎉
Your order arrives! Please inspect the package before accepting. In case of any issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Processing times may be slightly longer during sale events, festivals, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery may vary based on pincode serviceability, courier capacity, and local conditions.

These are estimated delivery times after dispatch and do not include the 24–48 hour order processing period. Delivery to certain pincodes may take additional time depending on courier availability.
Our Courier Partners
At Easi Steps, orders are dispatched through a combination of trusted supplier-direct shipping partners and Shiprocket’s courier network — one of India’s leading multi-carrier logistics platforms.
The specific courier assigned to your order depends on:
- Pincode Serviceability: Which courier operates efficiently in your delivery area.
- Warehouse Location: The nearest fulfilment point to your address.
- Delivery Availability: Real-time capacity and service availability at the time of dispatch.
Courier partners may include leading logistics providers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax, and others within the Shiprocket network.
Regardless of which courier is assigned, you will always receive a tracking ID and a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking your parcel is easy:
- Email & SMS Notification: You will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
- Courier Website: Use the tracking number on the assigned courier’s website to get real-time updates.
- Shiprocket Tracking: You can also track your order at shiprocket.co/tracking using your order ID or AWB number.
- Your Account: Log in to your Easi Steps account and visit My Orders for live order status updates.
Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to become active after dispatch. If your tracking link shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact us at support@easistep.com.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible pincodes in India — at no additional charge.

Please keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery agents may not always carry change. COD availability is subject to your pincode and order value.
Failed & Undelivered Orders
A delivery attempt may fail due to reasons such as an incorrect address, no one being available to receive the parcel, or the delivery agent being unable to access the location.
What Happens After a Failed Attempt
- Re-attempt: Most couriers make 2–3 delivery attempts before marking an order as undeliverable. You may receive a call or message from the delivery agent before each attempt.
- Return to Origin (RTO): If all delivery attempts fail, the parcel is returned to our warehouse (RTO). You will be notified when this happens.
- Re-dispatch: Once we receive the returned parcel, we can re-dispatch it to the correct/updated address. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your complete delivery address, pincode, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are unable to be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us at support@easistep.com immediately — before your order is dispatched.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Orders
Lost in Transit
In the rare event that your order appears to be lost in transit or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, here is how we handle it:
- We will first raise an investigation with the courier partner on your behalf.
- If the courier confirms the order is lost or undelivered, we will offer you a choice of reshipment of your order or a full refund.
- Investigations may take 5–10 business days to complete depending on the courier’s response time.
Damaged Package
- If your order arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery and ask the delivery agent to note it.
- If you have already accepted the parcel, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the evidence.
Missing Items
If your order arrives but an item is missing, contact us at support@easistep.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo of what was received. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
We stand behind every order. If something goes wrong in transit, we will make it right — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Shipping Restrictions
While we aim to deliver across India, there are a few limitations to be aware of:
- Pincode Serviceability: Certain remote pincodes may not be serviceable by our courier network. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will notify you after the order is placed and issue a full refund.
- PO Boxes: We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a complete residential or business delivery address.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to India only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
- Bulk Orders: For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping timelines and charges may differ. Please contact us directly at support@easistep.com before placing a bulk order.
You can check if your pincode is serviceable during checkout. If there is any issue with delivery to your area, our support team will reach out to you promptly.
